• Taekwondo, the art of fighting with the use of 80% of the feet and 20% of the fists.
• Kickboxing, the discovery of combat techniques with feet and fists in training and inside a ring.
• Cross-Training / Boot Camp is the combination of several disciplines such as boxing, football, running and bodybuilding organized in the form of a circuit.

Children of all levels discover a discipline of their choice among the following:

Taekwondo, according to their age and their experience, the child will integrate a group which will allow him to exceed his own limits.

The recreational, competitive and sport-studies component is also available.

Kick Boxing, will allow young pre-teens and teenagers a high intensity cardiovascular training while learning the art of Kick Boxing in an environment of control and respect.
